At AgniByte Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we offer non-tangible, irrevocable digital products, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Eligible Scopes for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- The download link is completely broken and cannot be resolved by our support team within 48 hours.
- The digital product is completely non-functional on standard WordPress installations and our developers are unable to assist.
3. Non-refundable Conditions
